Aid Society Drive Gets Under Yay The 1969 Air Force Aid Society campaign gets under way today with a kickoff meeting attended by unit project offi cers, according to 2nd Lt Wayne W. Hall, Air Force Aid Society Officer at Hill AFB1 Col. James R. Howell, director of Personnel, set the stage for the campaign with an address to project officers explaining the A FAS goal. He noted that the Air Force Aid Society is the Air Force's way of "taking care of its Own." He announced that Lt. Col. Walter R. Renfro has been appointed base project officer and solicits the support of all military personnel. Last year Hill AFB contributed $ 1,834. 06 to the campaign.
