Show NEW BRIDE IS MOTIF AT MISCELLANEOUS SHOWER Mrs. Angus Christiansen, a bride of last week, was the motif for a "miscellaneous" shower at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sanfoid Anderson last Saiturday evening. Twenty-five girl friends and neighbors gathered to pay honor to the bride, who was formerly Aleda Ekelof. Games and a social time and extending the best wishes were the fe-ai'.tares until ten (thirty when dainty refreshments were served. Mrs. Christiansen received many beautiful and useful gifts from her friends. The marriage of Miss Ekelof and Mr. Christiansen was solemnized at Manti Thursday afternoon of last week. The ceremony was a quiet affair and only immediate members of the two families were present. Mrs. Christiansen is well known here, being the daughter of Ludvig Ekelof. She attended the schools of the valley val-ley and has a wide acquaintance in the younger social set. Mr. Christiansen Chris-tiansen is the son of Fred Christiansen Christian-sen of Mayfield. The newlyweds will make their 'home at Mayfield. |
