Show Fayette Boy Dies; Funeral Tuesday Solemn and impressive rites were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Fayette ward chapel for Joseph Elwood Mellor, 13-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mellor. ; Bishop Henry Bartholomew was in1 charge of the services. Friends of the boy gave talks, in which the sym-j pathy for the bereaved family was' deeply expressed, and appropriate music was given by the Fayette choir. Burial was held at the Fayette ' cemetery. I Joseph Ellwod Mellor had been an invalid all during his life and was unable, through infirmities, to develop de-velop into manhood. He died at the family home Sunday morn'ng at 7 o'clock. lie was born at Fayette December 29, 1921. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Lyman and Mrs. Rachel Sorenson, and three brothers, Guy, Fred and Wendell Mellor, all of Fayette. j |
