Show Legal Notice of Bond Election To be held in each School Representative Precinct of the South Sanpete School District, Dis-trict, Sanpete County, Utah, on July 19, 1920. STATE OF UTAH COUNTY OF SANPETE SS SOUTH SANPETE SCHOOL DISTRICT Pursuant to the authority and direction of that certain resolution and order duly passed and adopted by the board of education of the South Sanpete San-pete School District, of Sanpete County, Utah, a county school district of the first class, at a regular meeting thereof held at its office in the city of Manti, in said school district, on Tuesday, the 29th day of June, A. D. 1920. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN according to law, that at the bond election hereby called to be held in each school representative precinct of. the South Sanpete School District, of Sanpete San-pete County, Utah, on Monday, the 19th day of July, A. D. 1920, between the hours of 7 o'clock A. M. and 7 o'clock P. M., and at the several polling places therein hereinafter named, there will be submitted to the duly qualified quali-fied voters of said school district, the question following for their vote and determination thereat, to-wit: "Shall the Board of Education of the South Sanpete School District, of 'Sanpete County, Utah, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites, for building one or more school houses, and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, be empowered to issue, negotiate and sell the school building bonds of said school district to an amount aggregating ag-gregating the principal sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000) Dollars, comprised of Two Hundred (200) bonds numbered consecutively from 1 to 200, inclusive, of the denomination of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars each, said bonds to become payable Twenty (20) years after their date, bearing interest from their date until paid at the rate of five (5)" per centum pen annum, payable semi-annually ?" The vote shall be by ballot which will contain the question hereinabove submitted, and in addition thereto "Bonds, Yes " and "Bonds, No ," and each voter voting in favor of the bonds shall place p. cross (X) Hn. the circle on the ballot opposite and to the right of the group of words "Bonds, Yes;" and those voting against the bonds shall place a cross (X) in the circle on the ballot opposite and to the right of the group of words "Bonds, No;" and thereby indicate his vote upon the question submitted. The polls for the reception of ballots cast upon said question will, ori said day and date at the several hereinafter named polling places in each of the school representative precincts of said school districts, be opened at the hour of 7 o'clock A M. and remain open until the hour of 7 o'clock P. M. of the same day, when they shall be closed. Bartholemew, Jr. Only the voters possessing the following qualifications are entitled to vote : Every registered voter residing in any school representative district in which any election is held for the purpose of determining the question of issuing bonds for "such school district, and who shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election shall be entitled to vote at any such election. Challenges for cause by any qualified voter shall be allowed at such election, and promptly decided by the judges conducting the same. (Compiled laws of Utah, 1917, 4630.)
