Show Local Legioneers Plan Observance Gunnison Guard Mount, No. 104, American Legion, will observe Armistice Ar-mistice Day, Thursday, November 11, with an appropriate program and other ' exercises, according to announcement an-nouncement made by members of the local organization yesterday. At a meeting which will be held at the city hall tomorrow evening definite arrangements will be made for observing ob-serving the day. Tentative plans are announced that exercises will be held in the morning of the 11th, at which drill work and other maneuvers will be had and the members will entertain enter-tain their friends at a big victory dance at Peterson hall In the evening. eve-ning. In addition to the program for Armistice Day, the local legioneers have arranged for a dance election night, Tuesday, November 2nd. The music for the dance will be the best that can be secured and the members promise their friends a good time. |
