Johnson and Sadie Johnson, his wife, of Salt Lake county, Utah, did by their certain trust deed, dated January 31, 1903, Hj convey to A. Richter, trustee, the fol- lowing described premises in Salt Lake county, Utah, to-wit: Commenc-ing Commenc-ing at the Northeast corner of Lot Four (4), Block Eight (8) Plat "B," Salt Lake City survey, and run ling thence South Two (2) rods, thence West Ten (10) rods, thence North Two (2) rods, thence East Ten (10) rods to the place of beginning.
