NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY TAX To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that a special tax for the purpose of constructing a ".ide-walk ".ide-walk on the west side of East Temple street from North Temple street to First North street, and on the west side of Center street from First North street to Vine street, in Sidewalk districts dis-tricts Nos. 12, 20 and 27, has been levied by the City Council and confirmed con-firmed by ordinance dated May 18th, Said tax is levied upon the following follow-ing real property in Salt Lake City, to-wlt: All of lots 1 and 8, block 94, plat "A," and all of lot 1, block 5, plat "E," Salt Lake City Survey, to a depth of twenty-five feet back from said streets, is payable in three equal installments, and will become delinquent delin-quent as follows: Said first installment install-ment on August 18th, 1904; said second sec-ond installment on November 18th, 1904; and the said third installment February 18th, 1905. Each of said installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from the date of the levy, as aforesaid, and if any or either of said installments shall be unpaid when they become delinquent, interest thereon shall be at the rate of 10 per cent per annum until such delinquent installments are fully paid.
