Show Tabioma Mews by Florence Turnbow Lynn and LaRena Curry and family of Sandy were Easter weekend guests at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Nye. Other visitors Easter Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Bud Nye and family of Murry. Group 4 Sunday School class and their teacher, Mrs. Thelma Nye, enjoyed an Easter picnic Saturday. Twenty-eight Twenty-eight children including six ! guests from Salt Lake City vicinity enjoyed the fun. Mothers who accompanied the group were Mrs. DeEtta Casper and Mrs. LaRena Curry. Easter holidays brought all of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Lewis1 children and grandchildren home. Those to come were Mrs. Mary White and children of Salt Lake, Mrs. Fred Evans and family of Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Basil Defa and family, Mr. and Mrs. George Winburg and family, Susanna Lewis, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Webb, Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lewis and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Kent Ellerttson and family. Visitors at Mr. and Mrs. Leonal Webbs were Mr. and Mrs. Len Mills and family, Murry, and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Webbs. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Ellert-son Ellert-son and family enjoyed Easter vacation at Mona visiting the Ellertson's. Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Carlilq of Granger and Fawn Carlile of Provo spent the weekend at Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Carlile. Mr. and Mrs. Don Eversole and family enjoyed spring vacation visiting in Provo with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Erick-son Erick-son and family were visiting the past several days at Delta with friends and relatives. Mrs. Deon Rhoades and children spent two days visiting visit-ing at Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lisonbeefs of Kearns. Jim and Keith Rhoades enjoyed spring vacation in Salt Lake City for a few days visit with Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gines. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Young brought their grandson from Salt Lake City for a week's visit. Kathleen took him back Wednesday and remained for a few days visiting at Mr. and Mrs. Bengt Dalstrum. Joseph Rhoades had a weeks visit at Salt Lake City visiting and attending Conference. Berne 11 Turnbow and family fam-ily attended conference in Salt Lake City Sunday and visited with Jannette and Mrs. Jane Davidson. Doyle Turnbow of Murry spent Easter visiting Mr. and Mrs. Leo Turnbow. Mrs. Clista Defa was taken to her doctor in Salt Lake City Friday by her son Alva who came after her. She had infection in-fection in the stomach. Her husband went after her Mon. A family gathering was held at Mr. and Mrs. Clinten Caspers Sunday in honor of Robert Casper who leaves Tuesday for his training in the Army. Those who were there were Mr. and Mrs. Darreld Ivie and family of Salt Lake, Deloris Horrocks, Salt Lake, Mrs. Doris Gines and family, Harold Casper and daughter, Tammy, of Salt Lake City. Glenda Clark of Salt Lake enjoyed the Easter holidays visiting her family Mr. and Mrs. Glen Clark. Visiting at Mr. and Mrs. Pete Ivies for Easter were Mr. and Mrs. Larry Ivie and family of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Darrold Ivie of Salt Lake City and Joan Ivie of Salt Lake City Mrs. Lida Jones was happy : to have all her children and most of her grandchildren and great grandchildren visit her on Easter. A family picnic was enjoyed by Mr. and Mrs. William Wil-liam Boyce and family, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Giles and family, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Stone and family, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gines and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Clark and family, Mr. and Mrs. Monty Snyder and family, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gines and family, Mr. j and Mrs. Gayle Petitt and fami Mrs. LaRetta Casper and family, fam-ily, all of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Curt Jones and family, Mr. and Mrs. Farland Jones and family, Mr. and Mrs. Lou Hackford and family, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Eldridge and family, Idaho, and Mr. aijd Mrs. Bob Humes and family of American Fork, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wilckins and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Jones and family. There was a total of 78. Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Carter Car-ter enjoyed the week of having their daughter Lela Jean and her family, Larry Williams and three children visit with them. They are from Colorado Colo-rado Springs. Mr. Williams is employed at the Thermal Nuclear Co. It was the first time the Carter's saw their new grandson who was born last August. At Sacrament meeting Sunday evening, a special program was prepared. Topics were "God Bless America" and "Christ Has Risen". Talks on this was given by VaLona Humes and Elwood Carter. A chorus of the third and fourth grade children sang the songs. They were directed by Mrs. Rene Morin and accompanied by Julyn Morin. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Brady and family of Richfield spent the weekend visiting at Mr. and Mrs. Claude Wagstaff's. Mrs. Vivian Curry, Mrs. Twila Rhoades and Mr. and Mrs. Venice Turnbow and son went to a family supper at Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Johnson's of Orem. Mr. and Mrs. Alden Turnbow and family of California were visiting along with Mr. and Mrs. LaVerl Turnbow and family of Orem. |
