Show SNOW SURVEY Indian Canyon snow survey for April 1 shows the following: 1966 snow depth 41. 1 inches, water content 13. 1 inches; 1965 snow depth 60. 0 inches, water content 19. 2 inches; 1964 snow depth 32. 6 inches, water content con-tent 7. 3 inches; and 1963 snow depth 25. 5 inches, water content con-tent 7. 6 inches. 1948-1962 15-year average for April 1 is 13. 1 inches for this snowcourse. Rainage shows an increase of 1. 24 inches from Feb. 28, 1966, to March 28, 1966. The survey was made by Dale Ross of the Soil Conservation Service and Ralph Giles of the Duchesne Ranger District of the Ashley National Forest. |
