Returning from a 10 day vacation trip are Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Richins and son Douglas. They flew to New York City and enjoyed sightseeing the places of interest in that area and also Rochester; New York and Palmyra, New York area. They toured the New England States as well and visited many historical sights and church history sites en route, traveling throughout 1 states before returning home. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Crawley spent the holiday weekend at their summer cabin at Bear Lake. Pattie Stewart who has been teaching at Palo Alto, Calif, arrived home to spend six weeks with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Stewart. While in Utah this summer, Pattie will be conducting seminars in Logan, Salt Lake City, BYU and Denver, Colo. 1 Mrs. Lucille Richins ar 13 14. IT WILL be a two day event beginning with dinner and dancing at the Salt Lake Sheraton Hotel on July 13. Winold division were the ners of the 13 and team coached by Elise Sheffield, which had a record of 4 wins and 2 losses. (They did not participate in the playoffs.) Tonna Robinsons 11 and 12 year old girls also won their first game and lost their second. The trip was for their wedding anniversary celebration. Mrs. Carolyn Marston under- went major surgery last week at the Humana Davis North Hospital in Layton. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schimer of Vernal were weekend guests of Mrs. Sarah Giles. Dr. and Mrs. David R. Warden and family vacationed for one week in Southern California and Disneyland. Mrs. Reve Huffaker and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Kay Walker all of Portland, Ore. were visitors of Mrs. Huffakers sister, Mrs. Sarah Giles. Mrs. Giles was a guest on Sunday in Taylorsville of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Giles. They celebrated her grandson Andy Giles birthday anniversary and the other grandson David's ordination as a Deacon in his church. Mrs. Kay Rives is convalescing at her home after being confined to the University Hospital in Salt Lake City undergoing treatment for nine days. Merlin Ward returned home from Humana Davis North Hospital where he underwent treatment for a heart attack. Mrs. Georgia Bussey of Virginia Beach, Va. will arrive June 12 to spend a month with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Reed. Georgia and her husband Don just returned from a vacation on a Caribbean cruise. He was unable to accompany her to Utah for the months stay. David Thacker who is attending Brigham Young University in Provo was a weekend guest of his brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Thacker. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Cox and two children Staci and Ginger traveled to Denver, Colo, where they attended the blessing and naming of their grandson who was named Michael Cannon Ensign, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ensign. They enjoyed a short visit before returning home. Mrs. Lorna Long is confined to the Humana Davis North Hospital where she underwent major surgery. Mr. and Mrs. R.A.F. McCormick visited in Salt Lake City with her sister Mrs. Evelyn Elkins who was confined to the LDS Hospital undergoing surgery. Luncheon Set Installation of new officers for the Federal Womens Club will be held at a luncheon for members and guests on June 16 at 12:30 p.m. at the Salt Lake Airport Hilton Inn, 5151 Wiley Post Way, Salt Lake International Center. A FASHION show by Casual Corner will also be enjoyed after the luncheon. Mrs. Louise Taylor will be hostess for the luncheon.
