Mr. and Mrs. Siinkins lived together in accord, but it seems that Mrs. Siinkins has a habit, which has disturbed dis-turbed Mr. Siinkins a great deal, of searching her husband's pockets after he has gone to bed at night. Onei afternoon a friend of Mr. Simkins met him as he was on his way home. Mr. I Siinkins1 face wore a fierce and tragical ' expression, which was so very unusual 1 with him that bis friend could not help: exclaiming: "Why, what is the matter with you, Mr. Simkins?" j "What seems to be the matter with mer "Why your face has a look of determination deter-mination that is perfectly ferooious." "Ha!" said Mr. Simkins. "I have resolved to be revenged upon ray wife. She searches my pockets at night. Tonight To-night I am going to search her pock-: etsl" ! Next morning the same friend met Mr. Simkins.
