Xyntaras, 73, of 558 Main Street, Bingham Canyon, who died Monday morning, June 11, in a Salt Lake hospital of Leukemia, will be held today (Friday) at 2 p.m. in the Greek Orthodox Church in Salt Lake City with Rev. Steven Katsaris officiating. Mr. Xyntaras was born April 20, 1883, in Greece to Demetrious and Katherine Xyntaras. He was a retired Kennecott Copper Corp. employee. He has no known survivors. sur-vivors. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Salt Lake City under direction of Bingham Mortuary. LAST RITES HONOR WILLARD R. JENSEN Funeral services for Willard Rasmus Jensen, 63, of Bingham Canyon, were - held Wednesday, June 13, at 12 noon in the Rose Room, 36 East 7th South, Sa.lt Lake City. Mr. Jensen was dead on arrival arri-val last Friday 3:40 p.m. at a Salt Lake hospital after a heart attack. He was born June 12, 1887 in Aarhose, Denmark to Henry and Anna Mackelsen Jensen. He was married to Margnell (Stella) Petersen Pe-tersen January 3, 1920, in Salt Lake City. She died November 16, 1950, Salt Lake City. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He retired from Anaconda Co. January Jan-uary 31, 1956. Surviving him are a' daughter Mrs. Robert D. (Jean) Goff. Hol-laday; Hol-laday; three grandchildren; sisters, sis-ters, Mrs. Erwin Fawns and Miss Carrie Jensen, Raymond, Ala., Can.; brothers, Henry, William, Al, of Raymond; James, Los Angeles, An-geles, Calif. Interment was in Salt Lake City Cemetery. MRS. DULY E. KALLAS Mrs. Duly Economakls Kallas, 62, of Clearfield, passed .away Thursday morning, June 7, at her home of leukemia. She was the mother of Mike Kallas and Mrs. Chris Bapis of Bingham Canyon. Funeral services were held Monday Mon-day at 2 p.m. in the Greek Orthodox Or-thodox Church with Rev. Steven Katsaris officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. PETER K. BOKOS Funeral services for Peter K. Bokos, about 73, of 76 W. 2nd So., Salt Lake City, who died Saturday, June 9 in a Salt Lake hospital of cancer, were held Wednesday at 2 pm. in the Greek Orthodox Church. Rev.. Steven Katsaris officiated. Surviving are 12 nephews, three nieces including includ-ing George Bokos, Salt Lake City; Pete Alegeris', Bingham Canyon; Mike Bapds, Midvale, and others in Greece. Burial was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. |
