Show Wedding Solemnized At Home of Former Bingham Residents The home of Mr .and Mrs. Edward Ed-ward G. Newman, 350 Woodrow avenue, Vallejo, Calif., was scene of a lovely summer wedding Thursday evening, June 18, when Miss Lorraine Mork, a sister of Mrs. Newman, became the bride of Cecil James Page of San Francisco. Fran-cisco. The Newmans are former residents of Bingham Canyon. The ceremony was performed by Bishop Nalder of San Francisco. Francis-co. The bride was lovely in a tailored tai-lored suit of poudre blue with which she wore accessories of navy and white. Her corsage was sweet peas and pink rosebuds. Mrs. Newman wore an afternoon dress of brown and beige silk jersey jer-sey and a corsage of carnations and pink rosebuds. The two-tiered wedding cake, topped with a miniature bride and groom, centered the serving table. The lovely candle holders and tapers at either end wert wedding gifts- Carnations and roses decorated the rooms. Guests attending the wedding spent the evening playing progressive pro-gressive game. A light luncheon and wedding cake were served.. Little Boyd and Sharlene Newman New-man played duets on the violin and guitar. Miss Mork is a daughter of Mr, and Mrs. Soren Mork of Orem, Utah, and has been employed in San Francisco the past four years. Mr. Page is son of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Page of Modesto, Cal. Many lovely wedding presents pres-ents were received by the couple, who will make their home in San-Francisco. |
