Mr. Marshall was born March 12, 1953, Cedar City, to Fay and Elizabeth (Betty) Lambson Marshall. Graduate, Grad-uate, Beaver High School in 1971. Played tackle on the 1970 Class 1-A State Football Foot-ball Championship team. Active in4-H. Loved horses. Member LDS Church.
