Show Col lis Presley Huntington . Collis Presley Huntington, age 82, a lifetime resident of Beaver, died in the Beaver Valley Hospital, May 11, 1976, of natural causes. Born July 4, 1893 in Beaver to Joseph and Rose Ellsworth Huntington. He married Vera Thompson, December 24, 1928 in Beaver, Utah. Mr. Huntington was self-employed self-employed as a farmer, miner min-er and ran a rock shop in Beaver for twelve years. He was a member of the LDS Church. Mr. Huntington was a veteran of the First World War. He is survived by: his wife; and one daughter, Flor-ene, Flor-ene, of Beaver; a half-sister and a , half brother, Mrs. Dick (Nettie) Waldis of Salt Lake City, Utah, Edison Fra-zer Fra-zer of Beaver, Utah. Funeral services were held in the Beaver 2nd Ward-Chapel, Ward-Chapel, Friday, May 14th, at 1:00 p.m., with Bishop Grant Esplin conducting. Burial was in the Mt. View Cemetery under the direction direc-tion of the Metcalf Southern Utah Mortuary, Beaver. |
