Show SERVICES HELD FOR CLAUDE WHEELER Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday in the Milford L. D. S. Chapel for Claude L. Wheeler, 50, who deid Thursday, Thurs-day, April 30, in the Beaver County Hospital following a stroke. The services, under direction direc-tion of Bishop Cecil Edwards, were as follows: Prayer at the mortuary, preceding pre-ceding the services, Varnell Parkinson. Prelude and postlude music, Janet Williams. Invocation, Jesse Long. Song, "In the Garden," Bonnie Bon-nie Easton, Josephine Killam and Jerry Kirk, accompanied by Mrs. Letha Smyth. Obituary and life history, Warren Hutchings. Song, "Going Home," Lamar Lund, , accompanied by Mrs. Lund. Remarks, Robert Tomsik. Song, "Beyond the Sunset," Josephine Killam and David Williams, accompanied by Mrs. David Williams. Benediction, Lamar Grimshaw. Grim-shaw. The grave, in Mountain View Cemetery at Beaver, was dedicated dedi-cated by Albert Moyes. Pallbearers were Raymond Hutchings, Elmo White, Bill Wunderlich, Harry Mills, Alton Al-ton Swindlehurst, Bill Aagard, Bud Bown and Dick Thompson. Thomp-son. Flowers were cared for by the First Ward Relief Society. Claude L. Wheeler was born Feb. 12, 1914, in Beaver, to Joseph Loy and Cora Adeal Parkinson Wheeler. He married mar-ried Margaret Martha Moyes April 8, 1938, in Beaver. He was a member of the LDS Church, and had been employed for 21 years by the Union Pacific Railroad. Surviving are his widow; a son, James Loy Wheeler, Midvale; a daughter, Mrs. Earl (Charlene) Gillins, Salt Lake, and three grandchildren. |
