Maxfield, 35, died in Butte, Montana following an operation. He was born May 18, 1947 in American Fork, a son of Merrill Ward and Grace Cleora Wright Maxfield. He went to school in Lindon and Pleasant Grove and later his folks moved to Paul, Idaho where they farmed a homestead. Along with farming, he attended welding school, which was a must to keep the farm machines going. He married Judith Marie Coulson, Sept. 16, 1965. They were divorced. He married Joanne Gomez Aug. 1, .i .,.;.,. . 1975. He had bought timber land near Butte, Montana at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, three children: Micky, Spring, Brook. Another child, Lisa, preceded him in death; three step-children; James Schramm, Robert Schramm, and Julie Schramm; his mother; three brothers; Jay Maxfield, Michigan; Ward Maxfield, Emmett, Idaho; and Gerald Maxfield, paul, Idaho. His father and one brother, Kim, are deceased. " " f ALPINE- Dewey Logie Bennett, age 84, died Oct. 9, 1982 at his residence. He was born Feb. 19, 1898 in Mercur, Utah to David Wellington and Eliza Sampson Logie Bennett. He married Blanche LaFern Devey, January 18, 1928 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a farmer and a member of the Alpine 3rd Ward. He served in the bishopric, and was past president for the elders and high priests and a worker in the Provo LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife, three sons and five daughters; Sherman Bennett, Marlow Bennett, Philip Bennet, all of Alpine. She was born March 26, 1956 in American Fork to Myrven Leo and Donna LaLita Russon Woffinden. She married Doran Kenneth Wilde on Dec. 17, 1976 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Thursday, at 11 a.m. in the LDS 16th Ward Chapel, 193 North 400 East, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Olpin Family Mortuary 494 South 300 East, PI. Grove and Thursday in the ward chapel one hour prior to the services the ward chapel. Burial will be in the Lehi Citv Cemetery. Fork Sixth Ward and served as Junior Sunday School Chorister. She also served as Beehive Adviser. She enjoyed traveling, reading and the friends and family. She is survived by one son, Bruce M. She was born March 29, 1895 in Loa, Wayne Co., Utah, the daughter of William Colombus and Alberta Rosetta Vaughn Potter. She married Otis Ly sander Stewart Oct. 16, 1916 in Loa, Utah. He died June 24, 1960. She was a practical nurse and housewife. She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Deral Otis Stewart of Riverton, Dohn William Stewart of American Fork; Mrs. Orlean Larird of Magna; one grandchild and two great grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters: Charles E. Wing, 77, of Tooele died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1982 of a stroke in the Tooele Valley Hospital. He was born Jan. 4, 1905 in Lehi to George Hyrum Wing and Martha Ann Fox. He married Mildred Peck on Sept. 26, 1927. They later divorced. He married Clara Maud Freestone Hall on May 29, 1964 in Lehi. . A vocal solo "Oh My Father" was sung by Dick Hall accompanied by Judy Fisher. Anna Joy Watts presented the touching biographical sketch. Speakers were Bishop Alva Ralph Wing and President Wallace R.
