Show o V. M. Blackwell, Dies Suddenly A victim of septico-pyemia, V. M. Blackwell, 32, night operator at the airways radio station, pass-1 ed away Wednesday night at his home after a valiant fight against infection which began with a boil on his arm. "Red" as he was known by his many friends, formerly form-erly served in the navy and his widow has asked for a brief semi-military semi-military funeral service which will he hold Sunday at 1:30 o'clock in the M. E. church prior to shipping the body to llotchkiss, Colorado, his birthplace. "Red" lunl taken creditable interest in-terest in many activities in Mil-. Mil-. ford since his coming here and a more complete obituary sketch will be printed next week. The body is being prepared for shipment ship-ment by Harry Ward of the Ward Funeral home. |
