Show NEIGHBORHOOD NEW 13 Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Madsen, Miss Bernice Madsen, Brooks Madsen and Stella W. Hyde spent the week at Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon and St. George. They had a very enjoyable sight seeing trip in Utah's wonderland. Miss Bailey is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Bailey. Alden L. Peterson has recently completed a course in dentistry at the University of Southern California Califor-nia at Los Angeles. Miss Emily Fleming, for several years house mother at. Darlington Hall, Wasatch Academy, has spent the past week with old friends in Mt. Pleasant. Pure ice cream is a wholesome food and need not be regarded as a luxury during Hie warm months when it is most enjoyed. The Twentieth Cendury Club members mem-bers were entertained at the second of a series of summer kensington's Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. II. C. Jacobs. In addition to Mrs. Jacobs, the hostesses were Mrs. Obed Nelson, Mrs. R. W. Candiand, Mrs. Sterling Erirksen, Mrs. A. D. Christensen. Mrs. F. C. Jensen, anil Mrs. Bent R. Hansen. During the afternoon a program of readings and musical numbers were presented by Mrs. C. W. Sledman of Cleveland. Ohio, Mrs. K. S. Walker of Salt Lake, Miss Dorthy Jacobs, Mrs. Chesley P. Seely.
