The preschool story time at the Magna Library is being divided into two groups, with one for the children and the other for those age 4 and 5. Beverly Mellin, childrens librarian, said the purpose of the story sessions is to fill the needs of the child who does not already go to a day care center or other nursery school more than one day a week. It will begin on Oct. 8 and continue to Nov. 12, being held each Wednesday morning at 10 for 3 Vi year-old youngsters and 11 a.m. for those 4 to 5. Each group will be limited to about 22 children.
