Dill of Mrs. Jacobson's for extra service was referred to committee for Investigation. Olsen petition was deferred for the present on lecommendatlon of cemetery ceme-tery committee. On motion of Thorcson, the chair appointed a committee to revise the liquor ordinance. Thorcson, Denson and Nielsen were appointed. City Justice of Peace reported 10 persons brought Into court during quarter, 10 of whom were convicted, 4 acquitted, and sentence was suspended sus-pended in two cases. Fines for the quarter amounted to $30, and $5 bond was forfeited. Sexton Knute Peteison, read quarterly quar-terly repot t, which shows 20 deaths, 8 males and 12 females. Nine of these were over 30 years of ago at their death, 3 fiom 8 to 20, 3 from 5 to 8, 2 from 1 to 5, 3 were under ono year. 3 died of general debility, 4 of old age, 1 of consumption, 1 of cancer, 1 of pelvic abcess, 2 of heart trouble, 3 of pneumonia, 1 of whooping cough, 1 of hemorhaglca, 1 of dropsy, 1 of diphtheria, diph-theria, 1 still born. . |
