I One of the Greatest of 11 I Creamery Companies on I I Cream Separators I Bfl .. m BBJ I The Fairmont Creamery Co. and its President, J. H. I Rushton, were pioneers and have ever been leaders in I I the butter-producing development of the Great West, m I and they are leaders today in the ever increasing ex- I I pansion of farm separation and the centralized gather- I I ing of cream, with its upbuilding of dairying where con- B I ducted honestly and wisely.' I - bV I OMAHA, NEB., April 23, 1909. H I With nearly thirty years of creamery and dairy experience we H I have been familiar with the cream separator from practicaMy the iH I beginning of its use in the western states. ,H I Our first experience was with the Power or Factory machines M B in our whole-milk stations, but since 1900 our experience Nlias been lH I with the Hand separator on the farm. 'M H We look upon the Hand separator as the greatest invention of M the age affecting the farmer and in promoting the dairy industry. il I t has enabled the farmer to avc the great losses in butter-fat he H I was before sustaining; saved him over four cents a pound in the H I handling of it; left hinn the finest of skimmilk, and opened to him , H I not only one but many markets. During all these years we have had occasion to examine scjvara- M I tors from a mechanical standpoint and keep in touch with their H I work We have had occasion to know how they stood the wear M I and tear of actual use, as well as to know the efficiency of their ,H I skimming, and we have met the practical conditions of factory use M on the one hand and farm use on the other. 'M I The Dc Laval separator has always been the leader and never M a follower in this great economical development. It was so with M I Factory machines and it has been so with Farm machines. The M B Dc Laval has always been well and honestly made and its merits M H well and honestly presented, and it has proved equal to every con- I fl B dition and requirement of separator use. I M I Our only present interest in separators lies in the importance to H I the creamery concern of its patrons buying a machine that will c- I M I complish its work cfTcctivcly and prove durable, and hence give I M I lasting satisfaction, whi'c capable of producing a heavy cream and I M I of being easily and thoroughly cleaned and kept sanitary. H M I Ample capacity is also important in a separator, and a few dol- I fl I lars difference in first cost is a small consideration. The best of M I separators arc now reasonable in price and arc pretty certain to M I prove much trie best and cheapest investment in the long run. M I This is unqucstionab'y the net result of separator experience M I generally and new buyers may wisely profit by it. H I THE FAIRMONT CREAMERY CO. I J. IT. Rushton, President. I Is the Fairmont Creamery Co's thirty years exper- H I ience worth anything to YOU in the purchase of a Ci'eam H I separator? It would be strange reasoning to conclude H I otherwise.
