Show CHANGES TO BE MADE FIRST OF MONTH The Crescent Jewelry company ol this city yesterday afternoon tiled petition in the district court, asking that the corporation be dissolved. It is said in the petition that the company was incorporated in Ogden in 1908 and has since been doin business in the city under the provisions provi-sions of its charter The officers of the company. John Adams president: W D. W. Zeller. vice president and J H Knauss. secretary, sec-retary, aver that at n meeting of the stockholders January' 3, 1913, it was voted to dissolve the company and discontinue business The petitioners sa that all the accounts of the company com-pany have been adjusted and all claims paid. Since the time of organization, the company has conducted a Jewelry business bus-iness on Washington avenue, between Twenty-fourth and Twenty fifth streets The store will be closed February 1 A part of the building in wlm h the company has been doing business is occupied by the McBride Drug com pany. under the management of A A McBride. and this company will occupy oc-cupy the entire first floor space of the built! ins when the Jewelers depart Mr Mr-Bride states that he will en-large en-large his store and make it one of the most up-to-date of the city A flower booth will be placed In the front of the store and there will be a quail-emergency hospital, where physicians phy-sicians may attend Injuries and sudden sud-den Illness |
