Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 27, 1929. Notice is hereby given that American Ameri-can Fork City, by Roy Greenwood, Mayor, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1S19 to 1927 inch to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from Unnamed Spring in American Fork Canyon, in Utah County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which hears N. 56 degrees 22 minutes E. 13.S37 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 32, T. 4 S., R. 2. E., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 32,000 ft.' and thero used during the entire year for domestic and municipal purposes by American Fork City. The water is at present used for irrigation purposes pur-poses by the American Fork Irri- gation (Company and it is the intention inten-tion to exchange for this water, waters secured from other sources by American Fork City, the exchange to be affected in such manner as not to interfere in any way with existing rights on this stream. Upon demand an equal quantity of water will be supplied these lands by applicant from Deer Creek Reservoir when constructed con-structed or from other sources owned by applicant. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 1057S. All protests against the granting of said application, slating the reasons therefor, must bo by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee, of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion Of the publication of this notice.
