I JAPANESE APPEARS ON LIQUOR CHARGE The case of the state against K. Sato. Japanese, charged with being a persistant violator of the prohibition law. came up In the city court this morning. County Attorney David J Wilson Kplalneid to the court that the felony complaint against Sato must fall due to the fact that the case of violating tbe law against him had been appealed appeal-ed to the district court and had not as yet been disposed of. The case was continued until Tuesday Tues-day when County Attorney Wilson said he would nk that the felony charge against Sato be dismissed following which he would file a misdemeanor barge against the defendant.
