Young or Monroe cottn-j 1 ty Under an agreement signed by Young, he agrees that he will ob-j servi all prison rules during his lire, term and that anv attempt to gain further executive clemency In the fu-1 lure will nullify the commutation of ; the death sentence and make him ; again liable to the supreme penalty Violation of the terms of the com-. mutation. Governor McRae Wrote, I "shall make It void and or no cr-j cr-j feet, and the said Judgment and sentence sen-tence or death so pronounced by tho Monroe circuit court shall in that event bo in full 'rco and effect, and jshall be executed s provided by law In cases where a Judgment of death has not been executes on the day ap-I ap-I pointed therefor by the court." |
