The plaintiffs allege thnt tho representations rep-resentations wore fraudulent, and th it crops planted this year were a failure, fail-ure, due to poor soli. McPhnrson Is suing the defendants for $6810.08, and Roth for $5628.8G. sums which they contend have hoen lost or expended ex-pended on their venture, whioh was prompted by tho representations of the defendants. |
