On Friday afternoon they held meeting at the City Hall and most of the Sheepmen of the city attende and nearly everyone subscribed for stock in the National Wool Warehouse Ware-house & Storage Co. Each wool-grower wool-grower being permitted to subscribe for shares representing one half of his clip of wool on a basis of 10,000 pounds per share. Each share costs fifty-five dollars and upon it he is entitled to ship 6,000 pounds of wool to the warehouse. If he sells his wool elsewhere he obliagtes himself Pto pay one half cent per pound on 5,000 pounds of wool, or about one fourth cent per pound on his whole clip. If he ships to the warehouse he pays one cent per pound for storage insurance, grading, sorting, selling and handling tne wool for the period of one year.
