To any one but an assiduous student of Spanish affairs it would seem highly probable that King Alfonso Al-fonso will go the way of Don Manuel, his one time neighbor. But one who knows the Spain of today In contrast with the Spain of yesterday, when Alfonso Al-fonso as a young and inexperienced youth ascended the throne, will shortly short-ly conclude that herein lies the key to the whole situation.
