Show Public Invited To Tour FLsh Plants Sunday Ross Leonard, I'tah fish and game director, reminds all interested inter-ested Ct'ah sportsmen and sportswomen sports-women to make reservations at his 'offices, 327 State Capitol, for the Central Utar hatchery caravan cara-van trip Sunday, May 19. Notices regarding the trip have been mailed to all sportsmen's organizations in the state. "Purpose of the trip," Leonard said, "is to acquaint sportsmen with the great amount of progress prog-ress that has been made at these hatcheries the last year and to give them some idea of the stock of fish that is to be planted in lakes and streams this season. The trip also will allow sportsmen sports-men from the various organizations organiza-tions to discuss their problems with others." The caravan will leave the capital cap-ital promptly at 9 a.m., Sunday, May 19, and proceed first to the Salt Lake hatchery at 880 ScotT Ave. From there, it will proceed to the Springville game farm and hatchery and from there up Provo canyon to the Midway Mid-way hatchery. A free luncheon will be spon' sored by the Salt Lake County Fish and Game association and the Wasatch County Wildlife Federation after a visit to Midway Mid-way hatchery followed . by a short program and trapshooting for those who wish to participate. From there, providing thehe is time, the caravan will proceod to Kamas hatchery on Beaver creek. Cars will be available at the capitol far those wishing transportation. trans-portation.
