Bon-ell, chief of the regional re-gional division of biology of the Soil Conservation Service, recently re-cently paid Utah a visit. During hLs stay he visited several of Utah's upland game bird sanctuaries sanc-tuaries operated by the department depart-ment of fish and game for the purpose of providing a haven of safety for nucelus upland game bird populations during hunting seasons and the time of the year when food might become scarce in the open fields. Mr. Borrell commented very favorably on Utah's habitat improvement program. pro-gram.
