Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL. BOND ELECTION, ELEC-TION, ENTERPRISE TOWN, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH. Public Notice Is hereby, given that on Saturday, the 27th day of October, 1934, a special election elec-tion will be held within the limits of Enterprise Town, Washington Wash-ington County,. Utah for the purpose pur-pose of submitting to such qualified qual-ified electors of said Town as shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election the following question, ques-tion, to wit: "Shall revenue bonds of Enterprise En-terprise Town, Washington County, Coun-ty, Utah in the amount Of $25,-00 $25,-00 0, payable serially within twenty-live years from the date of issue solely from the net revenues reven-ues of the entire waterworks system of said Town, and bearing bear-ing interest at the rate net to exceed four (4) per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, be issued pursuant to Chapter Chap-ter 22, Laws of the State of Utah, Second Special Session, 1933, commonly known as the "Revenue Bond Act of 1933," for the purpose of defraying in part the cost of Improving the existing waterworks system of Enterprise Twn by replacing certain wood stave pipe in the distribution system thereof, the said net revenues ol the entire waterworks system of said Town to be pledged to the payment of said revenue bonds?" At said election the 'form of ballot shall be as follows: BOND ELECTION BALLOT Yes ( ) For issue of bonds No ( ) If it is desired to vote in favor of the issue of said bonds, the voter shall place an "X" in the space after the word Yes. If it is desired to vote against the issue of said bends, the voter shall place an "X" in the space after the word Ne. That on the reverside side of said ballot shall be the (following: (follow-ing: OFFICIAL, BALLOT FOR ENTERPRISE TOWN, UTAH SPECIAL, BOND ELECTION October 27, 1934. At said election the polls shall be open at the hour of 7 o'clock a.m., and shall remain open until un-til the hour of 7 o'clock p.m. The polling place for all qualified quali-fied electors of said Enterprise Town at this election shall be: Ward Hall, in Enterprise, Washington Wash-ington County, Utah. The judges of Election of said polling place shall be: Luther M. Terry, Wm. C. Staheli, Emil Barlocker. Dated at Enterprise, Washington Washing-ton County, Utah, this 25th day of September, A.
