Banks rejoins hospital staff Dr. Alan M. Banks has re-joined the medical staff at American Fork Hospital, following a year's leave of absence. Specializing in Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Banks' office is located at 120 N. 1220 East, American Fork. He can be reached at 756-1017. A graduate of Pleasant Grove High School, Dr. Banks attended BYU. He graduated from the University of Utah Medical School, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Following a surgical internship at the University Hospital in San Diego, Calif., Dr. Banks completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Utah, LDS affiliated hospital program. His interests include all aspects of orthopedic surgery including joint replacement, fracture care, ar-thoscopy ar-thoscopy and sports medicine. Dr. Banks and his wife, the former Sharon Miller, live in American Fork with their three sons.
