Show A person that has become a chronic grumbler and fault tinder Is a worse clement In a community than a person afflicted with contagious disease. Tho latter can be placed within prescribed confines so that others can not be-comcXcontaminatcd, be-comcXcontaminatcd, but the former runs at large poisoning the minds of the unsophisticated. As a rule everything every-thing and everybody Is wrong with such people. Such Individuals arc narrow in their minds, not broad enough to view the different phases, circumstances, and organisms in life. No two things are mado alike by nature, even to the blades of grass that grow. As people differ In their looks, statures, complexions, forms and every outside appearance, so do they vary In their temperaments, likes and dislikes. The time will never be when all will appear and be alike in these natural endowments, for tho Creator lias designed that they should be as they arc. Therefore In place of fault finding, and fretting about things that do not exactly suit us, let us reconcile ourselves In a small degree to the tastes of others" and be willing to accord them privileges that we should like ourselves and that arc not to be interfered with in our line of thought and action so long as they aro within the limits of propriety and consistency. Faulty finding lpculates !xid feeling within ourselves and results re-sults in bad' tendencies In thc.pcrsonso indulging. This good old world Is big and broad enough for us.all, and much comfort and enjoyment can be realized realiz-ed heio provided we place ourselves in the proper frame of mind to look upon tho bright side of things. Those who get from life must give to life. |
