Notice Ib hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of eald board to make the following described Improvements, Im-provements, to-wlt: To create Endlon Avenue between Twenty-second and Twenty-third Streets an a sewer district, nnd to construct therein a pipe sewer together to-gether with the necessary manholes, and to connect all with the manholes of the present sewer system, and to defray the whole of the coBt thereof, there-of, estimated at $1,000 00, by a local assessment on tho lots or pieces of ground lying and being wtthln tho following district, being tho district to be benefited or affected by Bald improvements, via: All the land lying batween the outer boundary lines of said Btreet and a Una drawn 182 feet outward from aad parallel to the said outer boundary i lines, being parts of Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, in-clusive, Block 39, Plat "C," Ogden City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must bo presented in writing Jo the City Recorder on or berore the 17th day of April, 1916, at ten o'clock a. m.. that being the time set by the said Board of Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto, at the Mayor's office at the City Hall, Ogden Og-den City, Utah.
