This is the recent re-cent scene at the T.M.I, pool but she has made same scheduling changes in the swimming lessons Recreation Program Serves Vital Need starting swimming and floating float-ing right off. Beginningswim lessons is the place to learn flats, endurance and how to swim a PROPER crawl stroke. If they can't swim a good crawl stroke the two widths of the pool, this is the level they should start at. The swim lesson schedule has been revised to accommodate accom-modate more people. Registration Regis-tration for swim lessons will be on Friday's from 12:30 to 1:30 at the Park. If your child is presently in classes, please wait until their last day so you know what class they should be in next. Payment Pay-ment of $7 a session must accompany registration. SESSION III (July 7-18) Silver King Pool 10- 11 a.m. Intermediate 11- 12 a.m. Intermediate Chateau Apres Pool 10- 11 a.m. Advanced beg. 11- 12, beginner. James Brohm who will be handling the backpackingand ecology classes for the recreation rec-reation program this summer, sum-mer, began working for recreational rec-reational director Laurie Hail last week. Mr. Brohm who is working work-ing on his degree from theU of U in recreation and youth leadership, is using his experience ex-perience in Park City as his rTTTrmrrmmTrr required internship. Brohm comes highly qualified qual-ified to lead backpacking excursions. ex-cursions. He has been leading lead-ing backpacking and mountaineering moun-taineering groups for six years. Adding to his backpacking back-packing experience, he is a member of the Utah Mountaineering Moun-taineering Association and the Park City Ski Patrol. Mr. Brohm is currently organizing an overnight hike into the Uintahs which he plans to lead as soon as the snow melts from the higher elevations. Currently he and Miss Hail are trying to utilize more of the untapped resources in Park City both natural and physical and anply them to the recreatior. program.
