Making the request was Grant Orton who appeared in behalf of Ken Millard. With regards to the development, de-velopment, Summit County Planner Paul Kelly had commented com-mented that there were many locations of rock-outcropp-ings throughout the bench, canyon and mountainous areas, indicating the presence pres-ence of high bed rock. The planner also stated almost al-most every gully contained run-off water. This would mean these areas as well as the springs would have to be protected. Sections of the meadow were termed marshy and according to Mr. Kelly many of the slopes in the proposed development appeared to excessive for development. Mr. Orton stated he didn't believe the rock out-cropp-ings in the area should affect the proposed development because the development is located within the boundaries bound-aries of theSnyderville Basin Bas-in Sewer Improvement District.
