Laffin elected asUofU Rep. ; Dan Lattin, a 1986 Davis Iligh School graduate, has been elected to the University of Utah's student government assembly as a representative represen-tative of the university's engineering engineer-ing deparrment. Lattin, 22, is the son of Dave and Barbara Lattin, 1998 N. Kingston Road, Farmington. He is a junior majoring in mechanical engineer- i f , 1 r x x x x ing. : Along with other assembly members representing various academic aca-demic departments, Lattin will help determine how and where student funds are spent. When his position starts this spring, Lattin says he will work hard to represent his consti- tuency. The U holds elections every year during February.
