After hearing evidence Justice Daggett discharged him as the evidence was in-suflieent in-suflieent to convict. Samuel Dotson was killed at Pine Valley, while felling trees for the Burgess Bur-gess saw mill, last Saturday. A tree fell on him, crushing his head and chest. Deceased was about twetity-six years old and married, and his homo was on the Muddy.
