A visitor from the mansions of glory has come to bless the home of Edmond Thornton. Mother and daughter well and father rejoicing. We have been blest during the past week by a visit from President D. H. Cannon and Elder John E. Pace. We only wish their visits were more frequent. fre-quent. Brickmakers have hkade and burnt brick enough to build several good houses. Foundations have been laid and building will be lively when suitable suit-able weather comes. Regarding politics, (here is as great a variety in Pinto as in all the United States Straight Democrats, straight Republicans, Silverites, Populists, and some who actually go for all the lot.
