Show PIONEER RESIDENT DIES AT CENTERVILLE George William Cleveland, 85 years of age, died Friday at the home of his dauahter, Xlrs. J: )l. Rollins, In Centervtlle. He was born at Far West, Caldwell county, Missouri. Ho came to Utah with his father In Mo They hewed the logs for their homo and made a farm in tha wilderness. In 14 he waa called on a mission to Hnslnnd. He returned home when his health failed and In 1867 he married. Angelina tflade. Hlx daughters and .a son were born to the couple. Mr. Cleveland entered tha mercantile business busi-ness and did not retire until eight years ago. Ha Is survived by the following children: Mrs. J. H. Rollins, Mrs. I H. Gould, Mrs. A. T. Coakley, Mrs. John Capener and William Cleveland. The funeral services will be held Monday Mon-day afternoon at o'clock In tha Cen-tervllle Cen-tervllle First ward chapeL |
