To AVhom It May Concern Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State under section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved July 16, 1S94, as Indemnity School lauds, viz: Lots 1 and 2, S 1-2 NE 1-4, SE 1-4 Sec. 3, Twp 29 S. R 11 West, S. L. M Serial 037809. List 2284. SW 1-4 SW 1-4 Sec. 20, SE 1-4 NW 1-4, Sec. 29, Twp. 29, South, R. IS West, SW 1-4 NW 1-4 Sec. 3, NE 1-4 NW 1-4 Sec. 3 3, NW 1-4 SE 1-4 Sec. 28, NE 1-4 SW 1-4 Sec. 9, Twp. 3 0 South Range 18 West, S. L. M. Serial 037810. List 2285. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously conspicuous-ly posted in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the public generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, and before final approval and certification, certi-fication, under departmental regulations regula-tions of April 25, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions subdivi-sions hereinbefore described, on the ground that the same is more valuable valua-ble for mineral than for agricultural agricultur-al purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land office at Washington D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within with-in the time specified, will be considered consid-ered sufficient evidence of the non-mineral non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise other-wise free from objection, will be approved ap-proved to, the state.
