Mrs. Hog?, who resides at 5S7 E. 300S., Clearfield, allowed how much she loves the sport of golf by finishing in a tie for first place for Senior Citizens aroind the state of Utah. In file recent Governors Sports Senior Citizens Competition, Mrs. Hogge shot a 77 net score to tie the competition. The golf tournament was staged at Stansbury Park in Salt Lake City with a shot gun start helping to kick off the event. For nearly five hours, Mrs. Hogge and some 70itus golfers battled the hot September heat. Bln. Hogge is 61 years old and dhB IHJejUv has been golfing for the put 10 years. Later, Mrs. Hogge and her husband were invited to the Governors Conference where they were to be recognised for actheir outstanding complishment. But a grandson became very ill Just before the conference, so the trip was with two other Utah ladies for first place in the golf portion of postponed.
