Show 1 n j Wkcd U Do. I I By PHYLLIS BELMONT I It is customary when visiting a friend in the hospital to bring some little gift. Usually the easiest for us (and for everyone else) is a bouquet bou-quet of flowers, and our sick friend is deluged with numerous bouquets for which the nurse can find no vases. Why not show a little originality and bring your friend a gift that would be amusing? There are many games on the market that are to be played alone. You might bring your friend one of the newest books if you know his taste in literature. Women patients appreciate a bottle bot-tle of their favorite cologne, or a makeup kit in their preferred brand, or even an attractive box of cleansing cleans-ing tissues. A woman always will like another bed jacket, or a piece of lingerie. Ledger Syndicate. WNU Features. |
