Wednesday September 22, the Treasury Department's "T"' flag was raised in honor of Kearns civilians. civ-ilians. The flag was awarded to groups having more than 90 per cent of their membership invested invest-ed in 10 per cent of their incomes in war bonds. Kearns civilian employes are participating 97 per cent. Miss Billie Jack, 18, former coed of the University of West Virginia who now works at this post, sparked the campaign by becoming a self-appointed bond saleswomen. She piled up $6,825 worth of trouble for the axis. Officers and enlisted men raised rais-ed at the end of the week's drive with more than 700 new participants partici-pants in war bond purchases.
