Show City Appoints Dog Licensing Agent Lew Arnold has been made the new police officer in charge of the caring for and licensing of dogs in Cedar City, according accord-ing to an appointment made by Hal Christensen, commissioner of safety. Lew was appointed to handle lhii job, to fill the vacancy that was made when the regular man moved away. Anyone wanting dog licenses or dogs taken care of, are asked ask-ed to contact him at 418 South, 150 East, or call 253-J. Dog owners are reminded that the annual license is $20 for female and $5 for male. All dogs must be registered, licensed licens-ed and collared. Unlicensed dogs will be Impounded and held for five days, after which they will be disposed of. It is unlawful to keep fierce, dangerous dogs, or dogs which disturb the peace. |
