BY BOB COODELL Friday marks the opening of the Nebo division hoop race, and preseason pre-season indications point to Springville Spring-ville as a repeater in the championship champion-ship scramble. Nephi vs. Payson The opening game between Nephi and Payson seems likely to determine deter-mine the leading rival of Springville Spring-ville this season. Spanish Fork journeys to Eureka for the other combat, with Tintic high school.
