Show I. S. NOALL TO BE SPEAKER AT HWANG CLUB 1 Irvin S. Noall, state supervisor of industrial education, will be the principal speaker at the regular Kiwanis luncheon this evening. His subject will be "Vocational Guidance." Guid-ance." Mr. Noall has been a student of vocational problems for a number of years, having taken special work in this field at the University of California and the. Stanford University. Uni-versity. While on the Pacific coast he carried on special vocational voca-tional work and industrial education educa-tion research work and assisted with survey in several of the coast cities. He has been supervisor of industrial in-dustrial education lor the state of Utah for a number of years. Through his efforts industrial work has been established in a number of schools in Utah. While in Springville Mr. Noall will confer with the school authorities author-ities on the problems of a new school shop and a course of study-to study-to meet the vocational and industrial in-dustrial needs of the community. In connection with the talk a number of "pep" stunts under the direction of E. L. Faux will be given. Music wil lbe furnished by the high school male quartet. E. E. Knudsen will be toastmaster. I I |
