Show Herbert Marshall Heads Cast in . , New Durbin Hit! One of the finest casts "ever as-sembled as-sembled in support ' of Deanna Durbin will be seen in her current Universal production, ."Mad about Music" now showing "at the Capi-tol Capi-tol Theatre. - Jn. the principal., featured, role with Deanna is Herbert Marshall, one of the finest actors, in America. Ameri-ca. The principal feminine role, that of Deanna's young mother, is played by beautiful and popular Gail Patrick. William Prawley, screen-veteran is seen as Dusty Rhodes, a theat-trical theat-trical manager. Arthur Treacher, noted English commedian, is also featured. Marcia Mae Jones and Helen Parrish, two well-known -screen, youngsters, are cast as school- mates of the star. Jackie Moran, from the cast of "The Adventures Adven-tures of Tom Sawyer," enjoys the distinction of being the first boy to play Deanna's sweetheart. His chum is played by Charles Peck. In character roles are Christian Rub, Elisabeth Risdon, Charles Judells and Bert Roach. Producer Joe Pasternak even secured Sid Grauman, Hollywood's cinema theatre impresario, to do an "impersonation" "im-personation" of himself. "Mad About Music" is Miss Durbin Dur-bin 's third Universal picture. She sings three songs by Harold Adam-son Adam-son and Jimmie McHugh. |
