Show BEFORE THE BOARD OF OIL, GAS AND MINING MIN-ING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES in and for the STWTE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF THE AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING GOVERN-ING THE CONSERVATION OF OIL AND GAS IN UTAH NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE NO. 190-3 THE STATE OF UTAHTO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, MINERAL MINER-AL AND ROYALTY OWNERS OWN-ERS AND OTHER PERSONS IN THE STATE OF UTAH INTERESTED IN DRILLING FOR AND THE PRODUCT -ion of oil andOR GAS: Under the provisions , of Chapter 6, Title 40, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining Min-ing is given authority to make rules and regulations and amend them from time to time as deemed necessary neces-sary for the proper administration admin-istration of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act. Notice is hereby given that the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining has prepared a tentative ten-tative set of amendments and revisions to the General Gener-al rules and reflations covering the following described des-cribed areas; 1) Where applicable, all current rules and regulations regulat-ions will be amended by substituting sub-stituting "Board" andor ed from the Division of Oil, Gas and Miningupon request. A hearing will be held on said amendments and additions addi-tions on Thursday, March 26, 1981, at 9:00 a.m.; in the Wildlife Resources Auditorium, Audi-torium, 1596 West North Temple, Salt Lake City,Utah at which hearing, suggestions sug-gestions as to the adoption, amendment, and addition to such changes or any other changes will be heard.
